7:00 PM | Join our Virtual Learn to Run? Want to run 5k in 10 weeks ?

 Join us Tuesday, September 15th for our virtual run club. This Learn To Run program will last 10 weeks and at the end of 10 weeks, you will be running 5k. How cool is that?

5:45 PM - PowerFit Workout, in this class we will use kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, and more, to challenge ourselves personally. Students are encouraged to be the best version of themselves. Each workout will include a HIIT portion, a strength component, and some fun routines using a variety of equipment.

All levels welcome.

7:00 PM | Peaceful Hatha Yoga Level 1-2 - A gentle class suitable for all levels, using breath, gentler yoga, and meditation to revitalize you for the rest of your week. Drop-in Class  (60 mins)
