Teach With Spirit

Program Details:

The Live With Spirit Yoga Teacher Training program was created 9 years ago based on our desire to help others become masterful yoga teachers, and grow in their own practice.  I realized there was a need in the community for yoga teacher training programs that offered the students lots of opportunities to practice teach and grow in small class settings.

The Live With Spirit 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training program will:

  •  Help others find peace and happiness

  • Give you the skills you need to safely and competently guide others in their practice

  • Give you an in-depth understanding of the business of yoga

  • Give you a solid base in anatomy and you will learn proper alignment and teaching skills based on the most up to date knowledge.

  • Start anytime, the course is ongoing. You must complete 10 weekends before graduating, hand in all assignments and complete 20 classes.

200 Hour Program - We like to think of ourselves as "flexible" in the sense that this program allows you to join in at any time. Whatever start month works best for you works best for us.
