Learn yoga in the comfort of your own home, in this beginner yoga class that includes easy breathing exercises, yoga and ends with meditation. This class is perfect for the very beginner, or someone who wants to re-connect to yoga. Hatha is a gentler form of yoga.

Beginner Powerfit Yoga (Zoom)

4 weeks, Thursday 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm

 

Have you ever been in a power yoga class and struggled to keep up, or wondered if you were doing the poses correctly? In this 4 week series we teach sun salutations A & B, and standing series with a focus on alignment and proper breath work. Powerfit yoga is a popular style of yoga that creates strength and flexibility. You'll sweat a little and enjoy the feeling of power in your body.

Beginner Meditation Class (Zoom)

4 weeks, Friday 10:00am to 10:30am

 

Join us for a 4 week intro to Peaceability meditation class. In this class we use simple breathing exercises, powerful affirmations and meditation to teach you tools you can use in your everyday life.

Join us in the comfort of your own home or office for 30 minutes that could change your life.

Want to Run 5k in just 10 weeks ?

 

 

Join us Tuesday September 15th for our virtual run club. The Learn To Run and Advanced 5k programs,will last 10 weeks and at the end of 10 weeks you will be running 5k with or without walk breaks.

How cool is that ?

Just $50.00 for 10 weeks.

This will be a run / walk program, so suitable to the new runner or someone returning to the sport.

 

We will meet Tuesdays at 7pm on Zoom for 25 minutes. Each week you will receive a recipe, running tips, your program and motivation.
