Our concept is simple, eat whole foods, eat simply, and remove processed foods from your diet. Eating this way is not a diet it’s a lifestyle. You may experience weight loss especially if you are eating tons of processed foods, and you should gain more energy.

The investment is as follows; Initial meeting (one hour,) menu planning (one month), home visit (one hour) and grocery list and grocery tour (one to two hours). $550.00 plus hst.
Weekly 30 minute phone / Skype call 3 months for $595.00 plus hst Ongoing mentoring is the key to success in this program.
Weekly private personal training sessions in-studio/ or Skype $65.00/hour sold in blocks of 5. You will receive a copy of your workout plan.
Sheree is a graduate of the Plant Based nutrition course from eCornell and has been 100% plant based for 7 1/2 years. She leads plant based nutrition tours for Farmboy and has lectured on the topic of plant based proteins and nutrition for Lakeridge Heath, the City of Pickering and The Durham Board of Education.
