PowerFit Pilates is based on the original Matt Repitoire taught by Joseph Pilates. First we learn the basics and then we learn how to create PowerFit Pilates flows.

 

This course is for yoga teachers, fitness professionals and personal trainers who would like to add Pilates to their teaching skills.

This 24 hour course includes 10 45 minutes classes.

Monday's at 6:15pm (45 minute class) Start date Monday March 5th at 6:15pm. Class will not run on statutory holidays. End Date Monday June 4th. Note: You must complete 10 on the Monday Night PowerFit Yoga classes to graduate. Missed classes may be made up in subsequent weeks, or you may pay $65.00/45 minutes for private session.

Saturday June 2nd 12pm to 6pm

Saturday June 16th 12pm to 6pm 

Course includes manual.
